Part of how we work
We use advanced imaging to build an accurate model of your home — so you can see exactly what your new roof will look like before we build it.

Southline Roofing — Utah
Here's our full process — every step, before you decide anything. Three phases. Three proposals. All built around you.
You reach out. We come look at the roof and talk about what matters to you. Then you get three proposals — built around your priority.
Call, text, or fill out the form. Once we hear from you, we'll get back to you the same day and get you on our schedule.
Same-day reply
We get back to you the day you reach out. Not always within the hour — but that day.
No script, no pitch
When we call, we're not trying to sell you. We just want to understand what you need.
You pick the time
We'll offer a few options that work on our end — you choose what works on yours.
30 min
On-site inspection
We inspect the roof and then we talk — about what you actually want from this project. Longevity? Curb appeal? Affordable? That conversation shapes everything that comes after, including the estimate.
You choose where we focus.
Three proposals, one direction. Different products, different price points — all built around the priority you chose.

We measure your roof with Eagle View — satellite data, exact dimensions. The number in your proposal isn't a guess. You'll see the same report we built it from.

Once everything's picked, you get a specific install date — not a window of three weeks. We'll also tell you what to do the day before: mostly clearing the driveway and moving things away from the house. Nothing complicated.
If something changes on our end before your date, you'll hear from us — not the night before.
The old roof comes off. The new one goes on. Here's what that day actually looks like.

Days to complete
Fair warning: it's going to be loud for most of the day. The crew shows up early and gets started right away. We remove the old material and install the new system. Most jobs finish in a single day. If we find something unexpected underneath — like rotted decking — we stop and talk to you before doing anything extra. That means a conversation first, not a surprise charge at the end.

Unexpected issue? We talk first
No surprise charges — ever
We run magnets across your lawn and driveway after every single job. Nails are the part people actually worry about — they're hard to see and genuinely dangerous. We bag all the old material and haul it out. By the time we leave, the only thing that should look different is the roof.
Once everything's done, we put together a document with photos, materials used, warranty info, and the installation date. Most people tuck it away and forget about it — but it's there if you ever need to make an insurance claim or sell the house.
Photos
Photos of the finished installation — useful if you ever need to document a warranty claim.
Materials
Exact product names and specs — so you know precisely what's on your roof.
Warranties
Our workmanship coverage and the manufacturer's warranty document — both in writing.
Year & Details
Installation date and technical details — your insurance company or a future buyer will likely ask for this.
Southline
We respond to every inquiry — usually the same day. If you're still comparing options, that's fine. No pressure either way.
